Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 days of purchase. We ship every day of the week, including weekends.

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Orders: 7–10 working days from dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–14 working days from dispatch (depending on local customs)

Please note: Shipping timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping partners including Evri and Royal Mail for reliable delivery across the UK and internationally.

Shipping Costs
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Delays
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by border inspections. If your item is held or delayed, we allow up to 28 days for delivery before classifying it as lost.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • We do ship to military addresses (e.g., BFPO).

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Skull Crush LTD is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect address submissions.
