We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you receive a faulty product, we’ll make it right. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns for Faulty Items Only
We do not accept returns for incorrect size, colour, or change of mind. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive faulty or damaged.
To be eligible for a refund:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

You must provide photo evidence of the fault.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return
To request a return for a faulty item:

Email info@skullcrush.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographic evidence.

If approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 28 days.
International Orders
We accept return requests for international orders under the same conditions. In all cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
